Now, Flower is making these dresses all on her own without assistance! I'm extremely proud of her! She can whip one out in a matter of a couple hours! Here is just one of the ones she has made. This one is for "Julie", which is Bambi's doll. Flower made her own pattern for the apron and is now contemplating what other patterns to make.....It's amazing how well children just grasp a new skill! Flower is definitely taking off with it!
Bambi is my little chef around the house......So the other day she whipped up some of her scratch biscuits and made up her own mushroom soup. She actually made up her own creation.....and it was surprisingly delicious!! She made it for lunch but didn't make enough, so I begged her to make it for dinner so Dad could try. I'm going to get a recipe box for Bambi so she can gradually add her own recipes in it. It's going to be wonderful to look back at all her creations in a few years!
